I was the second Cavendish Fellow between October 2001 and 2002. It was a fantastic job with the three consultants at the time. I learnt loads and was fortunate to be invited to stay in Sheffield as a consultant at the end of the fellowship. They prised me away from a potential job in my own region because everything was so welcoming and so well set up.
